Patty Hearst, Marvelous Mad Hatters, Guardians of Our Souls, and Bucking Horses: Mental Health Monday

This week’s “Mental Health Monday” posts promote a positive outlook on life with mental illness.  From the progress in our understanding and response toward Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome to a developing distinction in the chemicals causing mood imbalances; from a call to increase funding for mental health research to a reflection on lovable characters with mental health issues; from a celebration of those that give us strength in spite of our struggles, to an appreciation for the wild yet grace-full nature within us, to a loving sister’s homage to “the strongest woman I’ve ever known — there is much to delight in the midst of our disordered minds.
